1. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Refunds are only issued for services that have not been fully rendered or activated.
  • If service was already provided, activated, or used in part, partial or full refunds may not be applicable.
  • For billing errors, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge to be eligible for a correction or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup or activation fees
  • Charges for used portions of service
  • Late payment fees
  • Promotional or discounted packages once activated

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Account number or registered email
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
